What is the expected lifespan of my products?
All of our products have a 24 month shelf life. Expiry dates for each product are visible on their packaging for reference as well.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We are happy to swiftly replace any items that are damaged or defective. Send us an email with accompanying photographic evidence to info@clylnglobal.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Is it possible to apply multiple discount codes to a single order?

Do you conduct animal testing on your products?
We do not conduct animal testing at any point in the process of creating our products.

Yes, all of our products are certifiably vegan.

Our constant endeavor is to move to being fully natural in our formulations, and at this time our products are 95% of natural origin.

What are the steps for recycling my CYLN products?
CYLN is committed to sustainability across all aspects of our packaging and components. Our outer box packaging is fully recyclable. For products contained in glass bottles:
- Take off the cap from the glass container.
- Clean the jar or bottle thoroughly.
- Discard it appropriately according to the recycling guidelines set by your local municipality.
